So it seems like everyone is asking for where we can find the axe but people who have it just won't tell . . . So, I am really sure that the axe is an end chest drop of Raven's Point dungeon. . .From the first time I saw it I thought it would be related to Raven as Raven Blessing is actually a bird and the axe is one as well. When a guy posted a picture of it and its name I got more assured of it... EagleCREST, hmmm there is a WingCREST Maul as well which can be also found in that dungeon only...
Anyway I hope that people will be lucky to get one but personally I have done it like 15times on HM and yet no axe... But oh well I was never lucky with drops anyway

I think that the Bone Dragon staff is getting a lot of undeserved hate. Yeah, the concept art is about 10x cooler than the actual implementation, but it is still pretty cool as far as staffs go.
I have to agree on this one. Its something different then the same ol boring wood staffs.

Just because it looks different doesn't mitigate Anet's laziness.

TBH, that's hardly any reason to be "really sure".

For the people who are bashing Anet for the design changes to the Bone Dragon staff....

You need to look at the original concept art.

Following it exactly and making it fit in the character model hands would involve changing the proportions and making it VERY SKINNY and small and lose a lot of detail.

In those proportions, it would be the length of a wand

Not at all, there's this thing called tapering... they could just make the staff get less wide as it goes down. Really the elements seemed to be changed for a rush job, I mean the skull doesn't even have a jaw or teeth, the spine is removed, the texture is not that great.. maybe it still appeals to some people but as a stickler for quality details I don't like it.

The staff is SHORT. Plus the spiraling spine doesnt lend itself well to mesh collisions with armors, which people complain about CONSTANTLY. The only safe way to avoid it is to put the embelishments at the ends of a staff. If you notice, most guild wars staves do not have intricate designs until the staff head.

b/c there are 20 of the weapon. not 3478274324243. The prices will drop in a week or two. They are new and people want to have them so they pay more.

I've been running Shards also for the last couple days, on a good note it's getting easier and I don't mind it too much, only no bone dragon staff (I've been killing everything and opening all chests just in case)
